A: We conduct a pre-screening process with all candidates, which includes a conversation focused on cultural alignment. This helps us to understand each candidate’s motivations, work preferences, and professional values.  We would then be able to assess how well they align with your organisation culture and what they are looking for in their next role. By doing so we ensure that shortlisted candidates not only meet the requirement of the role but also align with your company’s ethos and working environment.
